Did you watch the brief video above of an African American adult male taking a vicious punch at a young girl of his own color? It probably seems like he has a personal problem, but what if he has a cultural problem?
A very great subliminal working took place during the many years of slavery in America. The white slave owner took the place of the parents of black children in many ways; and the slaves took on his personality in many ways as might be expected of children whose natural parents were destitute without custody or control over their own children in a wicked system infested with evil men.
Let's examine how profound an effect this has had on the personality of the American black man and woman today now that there has been freedom since Martin Luther King finished the work Abraham Lincoln began with the Emancipation Proclamation.
The first thing we need to do is understand the nature of the slave master. There were a few good slave masters in the Hebrew system of slavery because it was known to both owner and slave, that the slave would be set free after approximately seven years. At that time the slave could choose to stay with their Master for a lifetime which was an incentive for the slave master to be of a good heart toward their slaves.
Slavery sneaked into the American continent before there was a government in place here, and it grew into a horrible system of disenfranchisement of the black race. In the early American system of slavery as it grew more oppressive: outlawing reading and writing, freedom of movement, and custody of their own children with no legal rights at all; it would be safe to say THERE WAS NO GOOD SLAVE MASTER.
The system was so oppressive even a good intentioned slave master could not make it right. The other slave masters would object severely were slaves of a good intentioned slave master found learning reading and writing. The diabolical system set in motion by the devil himself was designed to reduce American slaves to the status of cattle.
Slave masters could withhold religious instruction and forbid worship. Since we find many a slave with their faith resting upon Jesus Christ, it is safe to suppose the better slave masters provided religious instruction to their slaves and encouraged worship, but you wouldn't find them carrying a Bible into the churches.
Slavery produced abundance of idle time in most slave masters. They became feudal lords with a party spirit. An idle mind is indeed the devil's workshop.
Drug and alcohol abuse, gambling, fornication and adultery and other sins were practiced regularly by many of them.
Slave masters often set foremen over their slaves who like any factory foreman were rewarded according to productivity. Since slaves were the machinery on the plantations, foremen were inclined to make them work long and hard hours which any slave would resist as much as it was possible. The consequence of resistance was harsh.
The slave didn't have to do anything wrong to suffer a severe beating to bring them into submission. The more wicked foremen were capable of beating slaves to motivate the others to work harder.
It was the foremen's harsh and brutal personality the slaves were exposed to throughout the years of their slavery, and a more evil personality could not be found among mankind. They were forward, bullish, dictatorial, loud, judgmental, fierce and brutal, boastful, and deceitful.
The foreman was in essence the slave master even though he seldom owned all of the slaves working a plantation. It was from the wicked foreman many slaves learned behaviour they would pass on to their children with the exception perhaps where faith in God and in Christ innoculated the slave with a better understanding of what was taking place.
Many a slave was badly corrupted by the wicked system to which they were chained. Slaves were not only deprived of knowledge, they had no purpose of their own; therefore they became naturally lazy and invited the whip.
After the Emancipation Proclamation, slavery took on a different form; but it was still slavery in many ways; and the personality of the mob minded white population continued to have an effect on the development on the black American personality which is different than blacks from the Carribean, Africa and other parts of the world. The native American black is now inclined to move with a mob mindedness as was witnessed when a hundred American cities were set on fire, much of which was immediately to the hurt of the black populations economically.
Many descendants of slaves are lazy and disorderly in life, not having found any purpose in a world they have been taught to believe is so white dominated they would have no competitive chance to succeed in it. Many young black Americans go about in a rage because of their racist perception of America and land both feet in jail. And many others infected with the spirit of the slave master's evil foremen make themselves so distasteful to their employers they cannot get the promotions they would otherwise deserve.
Project yourself into the competitive marketplace where black Americans have graduated with degrees and are attempting to earn promotions within the organized structures of businesses and corporations. Black Americans are very vocal. When they think the time has come for them to be promoted, they are inclined to intimidating confrontations with their superiors as though their superiors were their inferiors; and if they don't choose confrontation they choose to complain to their fellow workers concerning their perception of racial discrimination they presume is taking place.
If you will consider how God Almighty was terribly displeased with the Israeli slaves after he set them free, it was their complaining spirit he hated the most. Presuming to judge your superiors and co-workers motives is slanderous and sinful. "PROMOTION COMES FROM THE NORTH." You will be promoted by God when he is pleased with your performance on the job spiritually.
In Saint Paul, Minnesota the religious leader assigned to a congregation there displayed the slave master's mentality, striking a woman church member with his fist after she slapped his face. This is behaviour passed down from the slave generations to Mr. Armstrong who not being injured in any way ought to have had the forbearance to answer her with a rebuke rather than violence. But Armstrong had more on his mind than the slap across his face. The crowd that gathered to confront him about his mismanagment and abuse of funds was challenging the absoluteness of his slave master authority. He didn't come to the church to guide it spiritually. He came to rule over it autocratically. In his mind, the congregation has no rights.

The slave masters of the past were intolerant and so are African Americans born in this country and raised by descendents
of slaves. This is not pointed out in a spirit of condemnation but is intended to help those of you who wish to die to your
selves, ...to find what is imprinted on your consciousness culturally. American born black men tend to be very violent toward
black American women and really, anyone who challenges them in any way. This kind of hot headedness is not Christ like
at all. Its intemperate and out of control.
Many a black transgressor has been left without any hope of promotion in America because of the evil slave foreman's bullish personality that has been culturally imprinted on North American black men and women. You will not see the same flawed behaviour in Carribean and African born blacks.
The slave master mentality does not work in the free marketplace. If black Americans were the slave foremen, they would be no better than those evil white men who lorded it over the destitute blacks in early America.
For the black man in America to understand himself, it would be wise to seriously consider what an evil personality has been stamped on him by slavery and how it is hindering material and spiritual prosperity. It is through obedience to the Word of God and the revealing Light of the holy Ghost that whatever sinful old man was developed before salvation, is gradually sanctified into becoming the new creature in Christ God wishes to produce in every believer irregardless of race.
In this next video you will see a black American undercover cop stopped by the police in Miami who walks back to the uniformed officer, hands him his license and says: "I obey the law and I don't want you f****** with me." This is the slave master in him speaking to his fellow officer. There is no respect for the law in this man. The undercover cop is the law and he is telling the law what he is not going to do. As the conversation continues, the undercover cop calls the uniformed officer a liar and with more cussing, grabs his license out of the officer's hand and walks back toward his government vehicle.
In all of this erratic behaviour, the slave master mentality is in operation. The slave master was above the law. The undercover cop acts as though he is above the law. Chances are the worst thing that could have happened to him were he respectful of the other officer's rights and responsibilities to enforce the law,..there might have been a harmless ticket he could have gotten written off back at headquarters. In many instances, such a stop ususally ends with no ticket at all because law enforcement officers do not ordinarily write tickets on one another as a professional courtesy and they hope to receive the same treatment in return from their peers.

But the African American undercover officer did not allow for it.

Once this knowledge is in place in the black American's consciousness of how to be Christ-like, more and more
black children can be raised in a better Light. First by better examples in the home and with the family, and secondly
by better instruction spiritually.
