Unmarked cars may be needed but more and more are being put into use. Federal legislation is needed to limit the percentage of unmarked v/s clearly marked police cars in any jurisdiction.

What is convenient for the police is not always convenient for us.

SEIZING PRIVATE PROPERTY:

Seizing private property before proving their owners guilty in a court of law, should be considered criminal on the part of law enforcement agencies.

Don't we already pay the police enough? Any law enforcement officer caught taking commissions for authorizing the towing of vehicles ought to have his pay cut in half for the next five years.
