America is in the midst of another Prohibition era generating gangster elements by insisting by law that the government has the right to tell the public what drugs they can put into their bodies. This is a repeat performance of the alcohol Prohibition era when the Al Capone's made a name for themselves selling illegal booze and gunning down the competition. Governments obviously do not learn from their mistakes.
The SILENT ENCROACHMENTS OF THOSE IN POWER is growing at a rapid rate so that the possession of a drug use pipe sold legally over the counter, is now evidence to be used against individuals. And the possession of any kind of drug by the best behaved of an individual is sufficient to toss them into jail at no small expense to them in finances and employment. Police officers throughout America have degenerated from peace officers to law enforcers blind to the spirit of a matter, seeing only another bust to add to their scorecard for promotion.
It used to be Americans had some spiritual sense about them. We are told in holy Scripture: "THE LAW KILLS, BUT THE SPIRIT SAVES."
There are television shows where the police are actually seen racing into residences after drug dealers and drug users without search warrants where they make arrests that are unlawful while bullying family and in laws who naturally are cowering before them. They are armed and American society is disarmed. Were there a proper balance of honest and mature citizens armed in this country, the police would be a whole lot more careful about trampling human rights and the law itself under their feet.
It is not drug use, but drug abuse that is the problem.
Look at Willie Nelson, the band leader and singer with a traveling entourage. They always have marijuana and mushrooms and whatever natural urb helps their music. They have never been accused of causing trouble, but are arrested regularly.
Nelson actually went bankrupt due to costs of one of the arrests and was bailed out by friends. The arrests continue.
Instead of protecting the nation and the band, law enforcers continue to trouble peaceable citizens as well as Nelson and his band. What is taking place is easy to see whether you are a user or a non user, an abuser or a non abuser. Non abusers are criminalized because of what abusers have done.
Sober individuals are arrested for buying what they have a right to put into their body. It is the right of natural laws. Every individual has a right to use this earth and to share in its bounties but it has been surveyed and sold and law enforcment finds themselves defending owners who are really do not own the land. God created the earth. He is the sole owner.
Once we realize law enforcement is on a tilt to defend land ownership against those who do not own land, we should also begin to see the non land owners are paying for such enforcement against their own well being.
Democracy is promoted as the answer to the world's woes, but it is one of the biggest failures in history as a government system.
America is not a nation by the people for the people. It is a nation for property owners. The poor are thrown into jail for the slightest complaint without even being able to make the phone call they are promised by law, and often do not see daylight for days, weeks or months before getting free of the snare of their inability to defend themselves against an oppresive justice system.
Many will rush to judgment against this kind of good counsel simply out of self righteousness against the use of stimulants, yet many of the urbs outlawed in American drug laws were created by God and are simply not understood by American society.
Prescription drugs are all the rage with a multi-billion dollar industry lobbying for legislation in all fifty states and in Washington D.C. Many a self righteous American citizen will condemn the smoking of marijuana while they are dying of cancer from smoking cigarettes. Many other hypocrites are suffering from gluttony or drunkeness while continuing to condemn what is not sinful for temperate users.
Legislators are afraid to say what I have just said, so are the pulpit ministers of America, for fear of losing congregational members who put money in the collection plate.
If Americans wish a healthy country, they'll put the police back to work arresting criminal behaviour instead of non criminal behaviour. So much of your money is flushed down into the toilet by an astronomical number of vain arrests in this country? So many Rambo cops have gotten themselves promoted by putting drugs on innocent victims to up their arrest rates and meet their arrest quota's?
Jesus said it so clearly. We will know a man by their fruit whether it be good or evil. If an individual is temperate in all things, there is no need for an arrest.

In this video, an African American female, aged 42, by the name of Shiela Stevenson is brutalized by police.
In spite of the obvious evidence, the officer, Carlo Drago, resigned from the police force without saying why,
insists her law suit against him is frivalous. The Police Department in Millville, Philadelphia issued an arrest
warrant for Shiela Stevenson after the fact, to persecute her; alleging drugs (which are easy for them to put
on a detainee since they always have drugs in their possession.) This incident took place February 3rd, 2008.
She was convicted of "resisting arrest" even though the video shows absolutely no sign of resistance on her
part. The loss of her freedoms also represent the loss of your freedoms, so it is time for you to be concerned
irregardless of the color of her skin!
