One of the video's available to watch on this document is astounding not only with the force a police woman used on a feeble old woman of about eight five years old, and the cowardly'ness of the crowd allowing the police to do it.
Both sides of the problem are evident. The almost complete lack of accountability on the part of police in America and the apathy of the American public toward it.
Where is the Spirit of truth on either side of this national dillemma?
The jar of sour pickles American is sealed in ........ is the by product of godlessness. We are one of the wealthiest nations upon the earth and have great difficulty enjoying it.
The police no longer care about truth when they join an "US AGAINST THE PEOPLE POLICE CULTURE."
In holy Scripture we are told "The law kills but the spirit saves."
Peace Officers have become Law Enforcement Officers. Police interpretation of the law has become the law and freedom of speech in America is null and void when Law Enforcement Officers are present with few exceptions. Video cameras offer the appearance of wealth, access to the Media, a big name and a show of force all offer protection at times.
But in 95% of the encounters between Police and people in public, you are now guilty before you are proven innocent.
Your disenfranchisement begins with the taking away of your freedom of speech and of movement as soon as the Police arrive on a scene. It continues with their almost complete unaccountability for atrocious acts such as was captured on the below video, and continues onto falsifications of what really took place, to their denying a phone call the law promises you (And this one is so easy to fix. We have the money to build telephone rooms with camera's to prove the individual gets their phone call.) The wickedness of the American law enforcement system continues to disenfranchise those suffering from arrest in the prison system in too many ways to enuerate, but of them all; the wastefulness of fifty to a hundred million dollars every year in the County where I live to pay for Public Defenders who have very little to do with defending the public is one of the biggest lies in the justice system. When you get out with a felony on your record which you were unable to defend against properly, you will find under the most innocent circumstances of police checking your ID; how they will condemn you for having a felony against you on their records sometimes fifteen to twenty years after the incident took place, and will use the posting in their data base as Probable Cause to search your vehicle and you and your possessions on the spot.
The feeble old woman died shortly after the severe trama of being thrown to the ground by a police woman who in no way could have been harmed by the old lady.
The only thing the feeble elderly woman was guilty of, was in not stopping when the white female cop approached hastily, the bully was probably in fear of the many African Americans in the parking lot of the shopping center as she bullied in to the old woman's space. When the bullishness of an ugly spirited cop arrives with squad car lights flashing and a hostile female cop giving you threatening commands, what do you think you would do?

The elderly can be very fragile as was the lady in the video who was slammed to the cement parking lot. Crippled up feeble old American folk of every race and creed brutalized offers proof positive America is slipping into a Police State.
Police Departments talk about training, but officers cannot be trained to love the public until they are brought into strict accountability.
When we stole a boat in my youth and our hands were blistered from rowing the unlocked row boat two miles upriver, the owner pulled up in a motorboat to let us know we were attempting to dock his rowboat. He didn't yell or threaten us with jail. Taking the row boat back and leaving us with blistered hands cured us from carrying off what was not locked up. We went back to sports.
When I bought a real steel 47' Chevy for fifty bucks from paper route money, I drove it without a license,.... weaving down the Main Street of the city until a Peace Officer waved me over. It was obvious I did not have any training in how to drive.
He was like a father to me.

I don't remember the encounter in any detail from 53 years ago, but he put one of the stones into the building of my patriotic spirit.
It was so unusual for me to experience love I loved police men from that day forth until it became clear they are out of control.
The effect the fatherly policeman had on me was deposited within my inwardmost consciousnessas as a treasury of good will toward police departments everywhere in the United States.
Yet, I know we cannot open the eyes of bullish police officers of any race or gender. Mankind gets their Light from God Almighty or they are left to live their lives in spiritual darkness. They cannot love the public while rejecting God's Light.
John Doe Public thinks the police are here to protect us, but the Police have a completely different point of view. They see you as the enemy. Its you against them unless they demand and take absolute control of every scene they come upon.
Even if you are a sinner, you should want your police force to be devout believers in Christ willing for every matter to be properly testified to by at least two credible witnesses, willing to be longsuffering with those who appear to challenge them in their assertions; willing to be upright and just, and minded all along to love their neighbor whether they are encarcerating them or encountering them in public.
The last thing a sinner wants to experience is two sinners behind a badge bloodying them in the name of the law. Let's keep in mind the need for police officers in every Law Enforcement agency in the United States to be held responsible by other law enforcement agencies.
The violent beating this American lad took was an act of unjust judgment on the part of arresting officers.
No-where in the great wilderness of American Law will you find police of any kind authorized to brutalize children from any nation on our soil. Why are those two men still wearing badges???????
Take them away!
Take away their uniforms!
Build a special federal prison for bad cops to be humbled by hard work and deprivation.
Give them brooms and mops.
Feed them bread and water and a bowl of lukewarm canned soup in the evenings.
Let them sleep in the cold of their prison cells locked up at night with just a sheet to cover them and a thin mattress beneath former cop inmates.
Take away the things they took away from prisoners incarcerated in the prisons of our nation.
Take away their phones.
Take away their technology.
Take away their freedom of movement.
Take away their cigarettes.
Take away their money.
Take away their freedom of speech. Insensitive cops need to be sensitivity trained.

Attempting to bring police departments accustomed to bullying their fellow Americans into obedience to any kind of major legislation would probably be laughed at in police departments and agencies throughout the United States.
Its okay to work hard and long to bring about STRICT ACCOUNTABILITY LEGISLATION into the law, but wars are not easily won by Legislation alone.
Implementating Major Legislative Changes in American Law Enforcement must be accompanied by emplementation procedures right down to every detail to stop the bullying lying corruption of the dark black not so easy to see side of their doings.
But how do you get sinners lost in spiritual darkness to police sinners lost in spiritual darkness?
You can battle to make the law perfect, but getting it perfectly carried out is another matter entirely.
The best strategy is to win one hill after another without stirring up too much resistence from the many police agencies calling America their home.
Abundant power, resouces and manpower are already in their possession.
We probably have more law enforcement agencies and personnel
active than any nation in the world, ...all financed and armed
in the midst of a disarmed public,...free to contend with the public on any issue when
they choose to do so if they can make it fit into their jurisdiction.
Is this what we pay them to do?
