S.W.A.T teams are small militias trained to attack and kill. They are small military units armed for war. Don't let the police badges deceive you behind their military gear. They are not on police business when they attack targets in public.

The job of Police Departments is to arrest suspects and turn them over to our justice system to be judged according to our laws.

What they did in Lawrenceburg, Indiana is evidence of the devastation SWAT Team wreck upon the public without accountability: The young Mother of two like many young Mothers in America is poor. The SWAT Team devastated and contaminated her apartment with tear gas, and did not apologize for wrecking her apartment, while leaving it for her to clean up at her own expense.

Until the incident is remedied, the manager of the apartment complex said he has put Irwin, her kids and her pets in another apartment.

But no-one at the local Police Department were going to do anything at all until Target 5 asked them about the incident, then an Assistant Chief and another Officer showed up at the Village Apartments to speak with her and make a press release to make themselves look just, saying:

"This is the first time this has happened. I'm surprised the incident has not been remedied. We will take care of it the best we can," the assistant chief said. Police Departments and Agencies across the nation are masterful at making themselves look righteous in the Media, while the majority of the damage they do goes unnoticed by the general public.

Once a Police Department establishes a SWAT team militia, they are going to look for some way to send it to war to justify its budget and maintain its existence. Its the nature of the thing. Any police officer with SWAT experience has the hopes of a much better police Resume for promotion. Any police department with a SWAT team increases its prestige. And strangely enough any city with a SWAT team feels more secure.

Can you image any community with smarts smiling approvingly when they find out they are getting a SWAT team without being asked. The Police Chiefs in America have become a law unto themselves in America. They no longer bother to ask the electerate if they want anything like a SWAT team. The announcement is made when its done and if you don't like it, you can drive down to the local PD and argue with them face to face and see how if they appreciate your opinion.

The Mayor and City Councils in American cities cater to the local Police Departments to get their indorsements (which ought to be illegal because we the people employ them, and they are not supposed to be a political entity.)

So, what it gets down to is: The fox is guarding the hen house and the hens haven't noticed he's a fox.

You don't get an opportunity to invite SWAT teams in with a warrant. The law books are set aside when SWAT arrives. They bash down doors, toss in smokers or flash-bangs, or shoot tear gas grenades and wreck residences like they did in the video here below.

Everyone is not blind to the difference. Some people already know it's a bad idea to let a police officer in without a warrant, because they'll generally find something to bust you for; but SWAT team militia's aren't in the habit of asking. They come with excessive force and are breaking the law much of the time procedurally and ought to be outlawed, but as long as the public doesn't care about the condition of our country; the situation is just going to get worse until its too late to do anything about it.

Kayla Irwin returned to the apartment complex where she lived on November 9th, 2007 and was told a wanted criminal was in her apartment and she was to stand by with her children until the police finished their business. After the wrecking of her apartment she was able to file a law suit for damages and the award appears to have been granted in her favor, but to my surprise the document could be read on the Internet but not copies. It would not copy and paste. Isn't it interesting how the information highway is blocked when it comes to matters of importance to the public. Now here is Kayla Irwin showing her apartment after it was trashed by the local SWAT team firing six tear gas cannisters into her apartment before rushing in to capture the criminal who wasn't there, and was not known to Kayla Irwin.

In this next video, a SWAT team swarms into a house, makes several arrests with no-one getting hurt while a police helicoptor overhead films the action.

In this next video, a SWAT team in Dallas attacks two fortified crack homes and makes at least four arrests without anyone getting hurt.

In this next video, in North Hollywood in 1997 we see a film of bank robbers wearing body armor with machine guns firing armor piercing bullets. This is the battle the changed everything.

This next video took place in Marion, Indiana where a shoot out took place. The problem with this SWAT action was the number of police in a residential community firing at an escaping criminal.

In this next video, Neo Nazi drug dealers are captured with sufficient evidence to put them behind bars.
