The church is nearly two thousand years old. It began without buildings and survived persecution in the Roman Empire to become institutionalized into what has become the Catholic and later the Protestant churches.
Many churches have branched off into strange diversions. In all of this modern day religious confusion, finger pointing has become common with many churches saying they are the best vehicle for salvation while others are the objects of derision.
Pure doctrine has almost been altogether lost during the past two thousand years. The language of the Bible is used corruptly in conversation. Winds of doctrine blow into town regularly like new fashions. Each church has its own mindset. Religious merchandising adds to the business profits of running a local ministry. Churches compete against one another for members rather than go into all the world to win their own. Members leave their freedom of speech at the door of the church while pastors and priests speak from pulpits as though they had the Spirit of the Word of God in their mouth.
In all of this worldwide epidemic of division in the body of Christ, churches of every kind are infiltrated by those who wish to comfort their souls with the idea that religion is the way, the truth and the life rather than Christ. Many others attend the church where they are able to fulfill their need to socialize. And those who are actually saved have little or no vision at all of the great mystery of godliness of becoming Christ like, so that if one of their members does seem radicalized; the congregation and its leadership tends to object to their supposed fanaticism.
The institutionalization of the churches is not Biblical. Jesus never said, "Go into all the world and build church buildings." The Creator of the human race is interested in saving and perfecting souls.
There is no church nor religious Media safe from wolves. Neither is there any man or church who can say who is saved and who is not saved; yet the Christian and Catholic religion stedfastly points to the Jehovah Witnesses and Mormons saying they are cults. It is generally accepted among Christians and Catholics that going into the religious buildings of the Jehovah witnesses or the Mormons is the same as going into a door of hell like a whoremonger going into among dirty filthy mouthed prostitutes for his pleasures.
God Almighty looks down from heaven with His All Enlightened prospective of the situation as it really is, seeing everything clearly.
Catholic and Protestant churches are full of corruptions of the Word of God in practices and doctrines. If we look seriously into the prophecies, we find the Catholic Church joins the one world government of the Antichrist who comes to rule the earth. Many Protestant churches including the Jehovah Witnesses and the Mormons will also join the one world religion of Antichrist.
So how is it one church can say the others are wrong when none are Biblical? Yet faith is Biblical, and where two or more are gathered in the Lord's name; there He is in their Presence. The Lord's Presence is therefore experienced both in churches where He is worshiped in Spirit and in Truth, and also outside of institutionalized religion under the same circumstances. Two disciples can worship the Lord along the side of a highway and experience the Lord's Presence just the same if not more as a congregation.
The churches cannot save anyone anymore than a doctor can heal.
It is God Almighty who knows every heart. There are wolves in every religion devouring the sheep of God and there is most likely salvation found in every church.
Pastors and priests scorn other churches in a spirit of competition just like Walmart belittles Target and Target belittles Walmart. They are businesses competing against one another.
The truth is God speaks of "plenteous redemption" in the Bible and He will decide who is faithful to the end, and who is not.
Many Catholics and Protestants have never heard this kind of thinking before, ...so lets take it just a little further. Some join churches socially and others do so to comfort themselves in their sins. It would be rare for any church to awaken in the Resurrection and find 100% of its members saved.
And though the Mormons and Jehovah Witnesses have another Jesus, every Mormon and Jehovah Witness is not aware of it. Do you think a just God is going to burn a faithful soul in hell because they worshiped Him in those churches? Those are just buildings to the Lord who looks upon the heart. Jesus knows who serves Him. He knows who obeys Him as much as is possible. He knows who has set their faith on Him and not on religion.
The Jehovah Witnesses put all of their faith in God the Father whom they call Jehovah. Jesus is generally regarded as "a god." (St. John 1:1 of the Jehovah Witness paraphrase of the Bible) It is heresy to take away the deity of Christ, but they allow Him some deity.
Instead of arguing religion with a Jehovah Witness, why not gain some skill in the Word of God to where you can explain the mystery of the godhead a little better? Jesus is the Word made flesh. When you speak, the earth doesn't shake, lightning bolts don't come down from heaven, and worlds do not come into being. When God the Father spoke, Jesus came into being in the Spirit of the second Person of the godhead. "The Word became flesh."
Many Christians and Catholics do not understand this revelation, so how is it the finger of condemnation is pointed at the Mormons and Jehovah Witnesses? Get your own theological house in order before putting down your neighbor's faith.
The warning in holy Scripture is explicit. We are not to judge unnecessarily, although a spiritual man judges all things because the rare spiritually minded individual is equiped by the Spirit for such things. And since you are not to judge, then it is time for you to stop mouthing the judgments of the church you attend and focus instead on your own spiritual growth.
In this section of Life is hid, Mormon and Jehovah Witness lies and corruptions of the sacred are identified, but that in no way excuses the lies and corruptions of your church nor is it intended to put a hammer in your hand so you can pound on them. Just as not everyone is saved in the Catholic and Prostestant churches, neither is everyone lost in the Mormon and Jehovah Witness religion.
No-one has ever been saved by a church. "It is by grace through faith we are saved,..." and the Lord will decide the matter.
