We have a quote from a letter from a terrorist to a terrorist. I am not sure who wrote it or who it was intended for, but it is filled with diabolical wisdom and was released by American intelligence in 2005. In it the terrorist demonstrates what King David, the Prophet meant (TERRORIST BLUEPRINT #3) when he wrote: "They have taken crafty counsel against your people,..." (Psalms 83:3)
